Giving Credit Where It's Due

In 2002, a State Farm agent had an epiphany. It seemed that the insurance agents always were being recognized for their achievements by rewards and incentives. He realized that much of the credit went to his staff members. They were always the ones who had to deal with the day to day operations, with the customers and with the relationship building. Why not provide something that would help recognize all insurance staff members, regardless of company affiliation? Some sort of program where staff members could be encouraged by each other and spurred on to help with their career.

A Community is Born

After much gathering opinions, research and tons of ideas from other staff members, this agent began working on what is now UltimateStaff.net. Over the years we have changed and modified things a bit, but have come down to the essence of what this site's vision is all about. UltimateStaff.net is now a revised version of the previous website, where members could email and send in their ideas, best practices, photos, funny claim stories, recipes and more. Now, with the use of the forums, this process has been streamlined and made efficient.
